Meet with the Coordinator

Students may request 20-minute appointments or, when needed, two consecutive slots. The coordination office confirms the booking and whether it will be in person or online.

Request an appointment

Choose a date and a 20-minute time slot. If needed, you may book two consecutive slots for a 40-minute appointment. The booking is completed after confirmation from the coordination office.

Cancel an appointment

Enter the protocol number and the same email used for the booking. After confirmation, the time slot will become available again.
